The research on this project has been completed and this talk was given to launch the new book. The origins of the street names have been categorised and explained in detail. The book contains many photographs showing the street as it is today and as it was in Victorian/Edwardian times.
As new roads are added to the village we should ensure that notes explaining how it was named are added to an appendix within this book such that any future reprint can incorporate the new information.
