Its inevitable that when a research project is finished and documented that something new and relevant appears.
This talk looked at new information land ownership prior to Domesday that is suggested on a new map of Earldoms in 1045 and 1061. A possible relationship between Earl BEORN, Canute’s family, and BURGREAD (1066 landowner) was explored.
New images in the archive included material from the railway project and some watercolour paintings of cottages in Sharnbrook.
